An incredible experience in Aberdeen, where Martin and Hugo attended SPE Offshore Europe as visitors for a couple of days. This event, held every two years, focuses mainly on oil and gas, energy transition, technology and innovation. I-Ingenuity’s main purpose of attendance was to meet other people in the sector, learn about new technological trends and identify new opportunities.
Something to highlight from our experience in Scotland is that we not only made ourselves better known but also established contacts with future partners who will help us be more efficient in everything we offer. This includes securing a tablet supplier compatible with both Zone 1 and Zone 2 environments, which will significantly enhance the user experience. Furthermore, we were surprised by the number of people who are still using paper-based techniques. Once they saw what our platform was, they were genuinely impressed, as digitalising ATEX inspections not only saves time but also makes the entire process traceable.
In conclusion, this event has been an experience that will undoubtedly bring us back in two years’ time, as it is a perfect reminder of the power of sharing knowledge, exploring new ideas and establishing relationships that share the future of technology.
